“Change your high shipping prices and you would get 5 out of 5.Love your service and your shoes, but I think your shipping price it ridiculously HIGH for the lightweight product you are selling. And then too charge the shipping price twice, for 2 pairs of locals--its ridiculous, especially taking into account the flimsy way they are wrapped and sent--which I have no problem with as nothing will ruin the product, but charging what you do for shipping is simply out of what with what is far in the industry.”
“My family has been wearing Locals for over 30years and I have always loved the simplicity, utility and durability! 4 stars only because the sizing has always been confusing. I was a little irritated since we measured my wife’s feet multiple times tracing her foot and everything... and 1” extra length in the slippah still wasn’t big enough and had to return/exchange. Btw I still haven’t received the return shipping label!”
“Going by the size chart, if you wear a size 7.5 or 8 shoe for women then get size 10 slipper. The size 10 was too big. By one size and a half. I hope this helps the next person. Im still going to wear them, if just around the house.”
