“Aloha Locals. Many Mahaloz for my order. They arrived fast and put a smile on my face. I bought my first pair of Local (slaps) in the 80's when I lived on the Big Island and are still holding up. Keep it goin and I'll keep my feet happy. Much Aloha to you and again Mahalo.

“My daughter was so surprised when she got 4 pair of Locals flip flops for Christmas! She loves them! She wears them all year round! She won’t wear anything else!”
“I have been wearing Locals for over 30 years and typically order 4-5 pairs yearly. In terms of hours-on-foot, I wear Locals more than any other footwear, by far. Over the years I've developed my own process for breaking them in and setting the heel so they ride just right. I always have one pair I wear outdoors only and one pair I wear indoors only. I've tried on other brands, but they are all so clunky and heavy that I literally can't imagine wearing any other brand of slips. I'm so used to their lightweight, molded fit, they're like an extension of my foot. And I love the consistency of their styles (although sometimes I wish I could get them in my college and pro team colors for game days - no branding, of course. Locals only, for me.
P.S. If Locals, the company, were ever in danger of going out of business or being bought by some conglomerate, or some new exec wants to start messing around with the Locals product I know, please let me know--I'll stockpile 5 pairs for every year I think I have left on this earth, and will the remainder to my kids.”
“I ordered the wrong slippers and want to exchange them. That was my fault. I sent two different emails to you asking if someone would call me because I wanted to make sure to order the correct item. I sent the emails as I was not able to find a phone number to call you. No one has ever called me back”
“East coaster here. So, I call em flip-flops. Regardless, let me tell you why these are without question the absolute best.
- Simple: I don't need a bottle opener in the sole of my shoe. Dog sh*t happens. Gross.
- Lightweight: Their slippas, not combat boots.
- Thin sole: Not looking to be taller and I'm not a stripper.
- Fitment: No these aren't running shoes. But these flip-flops are fully sprint capable. I'm not joking.
- Appearance. Traditional looks are always in style. If you're looking for Air Jordan soles with fake hemp straps--look elsewhere.
- Made in the USA: Hawaii none the less, how cool is that?
Just buy these and throw your others away.

“If I still lived on Kauai, I’d get every color! Right now I have aqua, yellow, pink, & blue. They really hold up, plus the non-skid tops & bottoms are safer than other Slippahs. Been wearing Locals since 1985! 🌺🌴”
“Good job. Good slaps that last.
Anyway to make them a tad cheaper? Walmart used to have them in Lihui for 5 dollars.
Anyway to get back to that price and still retain the awesome durability?
Thanks,
Tom”
“My friend in Oahu recommended these to me, he said they're basically the unofficial footwear of Hawaii. Since I love all things Hawaiian I decided to give em a shot and I'm glad I did. Good snug fit, very comfortable and perfect to wear out on my tiki balcony. Will buy again.”
