I'm giving Locals service a 5, but the quality of the slippas themselves for the money is pretty mediocre. Obviously, the association with Hawaii and the memory of my first pair which I received from a Hawaiian friend years ago is what keeps me buying them. But, they don't have a long lifespan which for $20 for the decorative slippas is a bit of a disappointment.
