Visited the York branch of L'Occitane. Such a helpful group of assistants including Mary. Tried the new limited editions today. Such a helpful lady and so experienced in all the products. A real pleasure to experience outstsnding service. Also met Poppy, a very new assistant. May we wish her all the very best in her career. Thank you very much.
