“Unfair booking system For pop up event!
This is a review in regards to the loccatine fragrance experience event at Shreeji Newsagents in London
The company loccatine operated an unfair,limited dishonest system that was disappointing and inefficient towards customers and attendees!!
They recently launched an event from 1-4th October that was completely backward in terms of handling!! -
I have emailed this company,attempted to call the venue - contacted loccatine via social media in hopes of getting a slot to receive a cold,mundane,copy and pasted unfair dismissal response stating that slots were fully booked! What i wrote wasn’t even acknowledged or answered properly!
This is untrue to the max after witnessing others who have attempted to claim a slot by just walking in and who wasn’t turned away!!!!
Shady behaviour from staff and unprofessional response!
This is infuriating after making multiple attempts to make a booking event after requesting to be put on a waitlist staff didn’t want to know!
The owner of the venue shreeji newsagents is unfriendly and rude after speaking to the owner on the phone he could care less about queries regarding the event and passing on any questions to loccatine staff because there was nothing in it for for him!
If you don’t want to be contacted - don’t put your number on google!!!
I’m Absolutely disgusted by loccatine and the overall handling of this Event!
In addition the dishonest feedback from staff!

As I know you’ve had no shows and cancellations loccatine and failed to provide this for anyone and just turned them away to save money!!
Why host a public event as advertise online only to turn customers away and deliver disappointment!????
I would not recommend this company brand for treatments. Unless you want to messed around and lied to!
