While their response time was decent, I found the overall service to be average. The locksmith seemed knowledgeable and was able to resolve the issue, but there were a few hiccups along the way.
The pricing was a bit higher than expected, and I noticed a small scratch on my door after the service was completed.
It wasn't a terrible experience, but there's room for improvement.
