Although price of lock was ok , customer service was horrendous. Had to chase delivery as was told it had been dispatched but didn’t receive it, then when lock was delivered it was damaged and wrong keeps had been sent. I do realise that the damaged parcel was not there fault but customer service was hopeless and I ended up just keeping the damaged lock as is was usable but bent and scratched on face plate. To top it all when I got my phone bill I was shocked that there phone number was a premium line and I had been charged each time I contacted them. This type of thing doesn’t give trust in the company.
