I honestly am flabbergasted at the negative reviews. We have dealt with these people for quite a while and we never had a problem getting their hardware to us in Australia. As a result we had a lot of very happy customers.

Thanks so much for your program. We are going to use this software further as it protects our company data. We wanted to ensure that nobody was stealing any of our information, so we installed your software. Now we use your program daily and it's very effective. The software shows us all keyboard events and applications running. Further, we can view the staff's computers screens in real mode. The app is worth trying out. WWW. HACKMART.ORG

Absolute ripoff. Postage was a ripoff too. Found the exact same brackets for £6 less with free postage on amazon. Why Rob people??

Not a good experience, very bad communication, ripoff postage charges for a 2nd class service, returns process is difficult (why would they make it easy). scandalous 25% restocking fee, discriminating businesses with this charge, will not use again and will tell everyone I know how terrible the service is here, too big to care sums it up!

Unfortunately only the one star for this review is all I can give as the whole experience has been poor since ordering: very little updates on order other than a generic dispatch email, they basically hook up other businesses through their platform/website. Then when it arrived without much more info roughly a week later a Dpd message sent on day of delivery. But it was the wrong one sent out, then they resent the wrong one again admittedly at no further cost to me but only for me to subsequently be told the one I ordered off the website (doesn’t actually exist in my opinion) or as they said is no longer available yet still being advertised. The 0845 number is not cheap to call so when there’s a problem I’d strongly recommend using the other number! Waiting to see how the refund goes but the other reviews don’t fill me with confidence. I am a builder and have been for 25 years so I knew what I was talking about and looking for. Definitely they are completely at fault on this one.

If only I had read the reviews before placing an order with www.LocksOnline.co.uk. Spent just over £175 on a number of items. Eventually the items arrived. They are poor quality and not as advertised, only 2 keys supplied and refuse to accept any returns. Save yourself all the aggravation and long waiting time. Order elsewhere

Returned a lock to them as it was incorrect. Had to call to request a refund even though I know they have had it for a month. I spoke to Sam who was extremely rude and patronising and spoke over me the whole time. I wanted some paperwork to support the payment that was going into my bank account as we are VAT registered. There was a re-stocking fee which I wasn't happy about but couldn't be bothered to argue this point. According to Sam she had spoken to the "computer person" and they said that they couldn't do it but she would see what she could do. I then was copied in to an email from LocksOnline Support which asked someone called Jack to "draft something up or even raise it in quick books then delete it" Just spoke to Sam again on the phone and she says that no-one from accounts is in at the moment and apparently no members of management either and asked me to draft an email. Please do not deal with these incompetent people.

I ordered 4 security locks and 2 splined. I tried the key in the locks and found they didn’t through the bolt with out a struggle. The last thing you want from a lock. I returned them after contacting a member of staff. I’ve had no reply or refund. I used this firm many times in the past before retiring 6 years ago.

Poor customer service. The job was delayed due to a customer having to self Isolate with Covid. When I was able to do the job the lock would not fit. Requested a refund but told NO as it was outside the 14 days returns. I explained the circumstances, but they were not interested!

Although price of lock was ok , customer service was horrendous. Had to chase delivery as was told it had been dispatched but didn’t receive it, then when lock was delivered it was damaged and wrong keeps had been sent. I do realise that the damaged parcel was not there fault but customer service was hopeless and I ended up just keeping the damaged lock as is was usable but bent and scratched on face plate. To top it all when I got my phone bill I was shocked that there phone number was a premium line and I had been charged each time I contacted them. This type of thing doesn’t give trust in the company.

They wait 24hrs before processing the order, then charge £6 for postage, which does not mention it is 2nd Class Royal Mail, with no Tracking. All which means an order on a Monday, still not arrived by COB Friday. I won’t be using again (poor delivery of goods on last order too).

They sell goods that they don't even have in stock and then mess you about. Go elsewhere and save yourself the hassle.

Their returns policy stinks, they supplied faulty goods, then asked me to pay for return postage and wanted to deduct a 25% re stocking fee, this is for faulty goods that they supplied. I am trying to get this sorted out with them now, but they are very difficult to deal with, I will never deal with them again.

I am a furniture maker,I placed a small but vital order on the 11 th January 2021 which still hadn’t arrived by the 21st. They said the delay was down to the pandemic. The re order also did not arrive,and they have issued the order for the third time,still waiting on the 25th. They offered an apology over the phone for the inconvenience caused but my overall impression was that they didn’t care. I will not be ordering from them again!

We ordered a mag lock for a job for a small charity just before the coronavirus lockdown - and were unable to access the building until recently, whereupon we discovered the lock is not suitable. Locksonline flatly refused to exchange the lock for the one we needed, citing their returns policy. Disgusting.

Haven't received my order yet, but had to leave a review just to highlight something about Locks Online to any potential customers... They are charging £8.95 and calling their service "Express delivery" but having ordered on Friday last week (after cut off so fair enough they it wont get sent until this week, no issue there) but I have been told that it will leave today (Tuesday) and won't arrive for 2 - 3 days.... FOR £8.95!!! I have ordered 4 x lid stays, so not a big item, most couriers will easily offer a next day service for ALOT less than £8.95, that is clearly profiteering on delivery charges and completely wrong in my book! I also want to add that their website clearly shows my item as "in stock", 153 of them in fact when I ordered, yet the CS rep told me that they order them from their supplier then forward them on, hence it taking 2 days for it to even be sent. That is just out and out lying.

ABSOLUTE INCOMPETENT THIEVES had to send the locks back, now been told everybody in the finance department is on "leave" and I will have to wait 30 days for my refund! thats after they snatch 25% "re-stocking" fee. absolute thieves!! DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE INCOMPETENT ROBBERS. Extremely poor customer service as the woman on the other end Fiona did not seem bothered at all, no apologies nor any explanation given, computer says no!

Great range of stock so I was able to find the mortice lock and the extra bits I needed to fit it as a replacement in a 1960s bathroom door (which has a few mm different dimensions to today's standard sizes !). Only downside is that LocksOnline have two websites and I had to order separately from each. Really helpful online chat service. Delivery was ultra-quick.
