I ordered a wallet for a gift for my daughter, (thanks God that we open the package the same day it’s arrived), beside the smell that was horrible, the whole wallet was crooked and could not be closed correctly, it has a big gap on one side. I emailed them right away and attached all pictures from defective product, they did not respond I had to contact PayPall to file the claim. After that they sent me an address for returning.The main office located in India and US locations is in NY in some private house, as I find out by Google. I sent them back their smelly defective item, and got confirmation that they received it. I did not hear anything from them. I sent another email with the tracking number and the picture of delivery day and time and still didn’t hear back from them. Now I am waiting for PayPal to solve the problem.
