“I purchased a Lodis wallet about 6 months ago. It is already falling apart. The binding for the credit cards and coins are tearing before I know it my coins are going to end up all over my purse or the floor. The corners on the outside have already worn off. It blows my mind how expensive these are and for a piece of trash.”
“I bought a wallet and paid 14.99 for shipping. The wallet arrived and smelled terrible. I tried airing it out but it is a strong odor. I wrote to
Lodis and no answer. I wrote again and they said they’d replace it. I asked them to pay return shipping. They never responded. I asked them a 2nd time. Crickets. I wrote them this morning and told them to refund my money and have not heard back. I do not know what is going on with them but I am talking basic customer service and standing behind your product. I have purchased 2 other wallets and card cases from them over the last 20 years.

“Had used Lodis products for years. Decided when I needed a new wallet, to return to this brand. Oh boy, what a mistake! Clearly something has changed....It took a month to arrive....FROM INDIA! (Ya, that might explain the quality standards.) Not even close to the wallets of the past. I was charged duty, and when I contacted them in less than 1 hour of receiving it, I did get a response....to return it to some random address in NY. You think I am going to do that? I will never see my money or the wallet. Contacting BBB, filing a business complaint and ensuring that on every SM option, I let others know to beware. This is a scam”
“They have a 24 hour return policy. So you have to tell them within 24 hours of receiving the item that you want to return it. Well I waited 10 days. I hadn't even opened it. Was a busy week. No reply from them. So no refund. I'll donate the wallet that looked like it zippered completely open. But will I ever buy another Lodis after having 3 of them thru the years? No.”
“I returned a purse I bought from them and every time I contact them to ask about my refund they say they are sorry about the delay and that in 24 hours I should be getting my refund but haven't gotten anything yet, I just tried to contact them again but now they don't answer the e mails or messaging from their web anymore. Should I report them?”

“Bad business practices. I purchased a wallet in August. When it was received, it smelled terrible and was of poor quality.
I have attempting to return it since August 30th and still have not received a refund. I am forced to report to the Better Business Bureau.
Please be aware if you are order anything on line as you are stuck with it.

I took it back to Dillards department store and because it was about a week over 30 day return would not take it back. They gave me an email not a phone number to contact Lodis. Never heard from them after attempting to contact them. I ended up canceling my Dillards card I had for many years over this. Other Dillards stores said they would have let me return it. They made me feel like I was to blame for cheap lining. I have purses I’ve had for years and have never had this problem.
I will never buy this brand again.”

“I ordered a bag from their main website, after 3 weeks it had not even been shipped yet. I contacted customer services via WhatsApp (?) and the answers I received were not very professional, I asked for a cancellation and they refused, offering to send me a wallet if I waited longer. I had to contact my credit card to dispute the charge to get a refund. Beware, do not buy from this site. BTW, if you read the 5 star reviews here they refer to cars and shoes which the company does not sell.”
