So I'm doing a VLCD diet and finding I need a little Bit of "real" food in my diet, but it has to be low calorie and low carb. Well what can I say lo - dough is definately hitting the spot I have so far made a quiche and a Pizza, both hitting the spot when I really need it. That's the plus points, the negative is the price a little bit pricey especially as we have to pay postage on top!it's a shame we can't get these in supermarkets. I couldn't afford to eat this everyday however a couple of times a week when my body needs to eat something real they are great!
