I have a lo-dough pizza every Saturday for movie night with the family. Perfect for me as I can’t have gluten and I am following low carb diet. Better to slightly over cook than undercook in my opinion. Looking forward to making mince pie flavoured brownies with the brownie mix. Delivery was late but as I could track it, I see it was dispatched more or less straight away. Understandable being so close Christmas during a global pandemic.
