Products are great, customer service is excellent but warehouse/delivery has let you down this time. I ordered bases and a cook book, bases arrived fine but no book. Emailed and had an instant reply and book was reordered. Nearly 3 weeks later and still no book so emailed and book was ordered again for 3rd time. Finally delivered which is great but it took about 5 weeks to get it im the end.
