I discovered this by accident having started on keto and seeing someone mentioning using a Lo-Dough base for quiche. Ordered two packs and almost immediately set up a subscription! Pizza bases, quiche casings, blitzed in the food processer for crumb coating, trimmed as layers in a lasagne (OK, that one was a bit odd!), burrito wraps, the options go on and on..
