A lovely, caring company producing low carb products. They reply to queries cheerfully and in good time. I particularly like the low carb cake bars. All three flavours are good tasting. I particularly like the lemon drizzle variety. Too big to eat in one go I share with my husband. Also delicious thinly sliced and doused with low carb custard it makes a delicious dessert.
