I find Lo-Dough a bit of a lifesaver for making low carb meals that don't feel low carb. I make pizzas, quiches, wraps, pasties, and also blitz them to a crumb to make mug cakes. They work cold from the pack or cooked/heated. I have an 8 week recurring sub which works just right. I've always had very responsive service too if I've needed to get in touch.
