I love the pizza dough and thought I’d try the southern style coating. Easy enough to coat chicken and it keeps the chicken succulent when cooking instead of drying out. However, the taste was a bit bland and one of the ingredients gives a stale taste. I added paprika and extra pepper but I would like it to come with more flavour and maybe a crunchier texture , as it doesn’t taste like southern fried chicken. One bag covers a lot of chicken and I use a third at a time. The recipe needs tweaking though.
