I was surprised at how thin the bases were and my pizza went a bit soggy. I’m probably just use a tortilla wrap in future as a base but do like how versatile the dough is. I’ve also made waffles with it which worked great and I’m looking forward to trying some of the other recipes on the website. Just not for me as a pizza.
