Ideal for the purpose it’s designed for! If you’re trying to reduce your carbs, it’s a perfectly good replacement for a pizza base. I wouldn’t choose to use it in place of bread if I wasn’t dieting - but I’m perfectly happy with it whilst dieting. It tastes fairly plain, which is fine - that’s how thin pizza bases often are anyway. It doesn’t go soggy or dry. Only used it for pizza base so far and would happily have it again
