I love lo-dough products. I have tried bases, brownies, sputhern fried coating, and mirscle bars. All excellent for my low carb Fast 800 diet. The service and delivery are great and prompt, and the range of recipes and ideas on site are terrific! I have made low carb waffles, dumplings, and Yorkshire puddings from blitzed bases, pizza pies and wraps, all successfully and easily. I have made coated chicken, onion rings and other items. Very tasty. Heartily and absolute recommended. Price is fair considering uniqueness and usefulness of product. Go for it, Lo-dough rocks!
