Great to find a gluten free product that is good for you! Different to regular pizza bases I would describe lo dough as having a more papery texture but so convenient to pop in the oven , they cook really quickly. I was pleasantly surprised to find mine all had around 9months til their expiry, I'm sure I will eat them up quickly though:)
