I have lost 2 stone on a keto diet , I have made quiche, pizza and wraps with lo-dough, it’s the best discovery of my life, I would recommend to anyone , it’s delicious, light fibre, versatile, you can get back to sandwiches, pizza, everything we love , my HBA1c which is the blood test for type 2 diabetes was 47, diabetes occurs at 48 , after going on a keto diet and using “ lo-dough” my bloods are now 29 normal , my cholesterol etc has retuned to normal , it’s remarkable,
Lo -dough is the future for me .
