I tried the Lo-Dough as a pizza base and it worked OK. It's perhaps just a bit too low calorie and flimsy for an authentic pizza feel though. Being on keto I don't mind some extra calories. Where they work very well is for wraps which I'd use them again for. Note the pack of two needs to be used within 3 days once opened. For a pizza base it would be better if they were individually packaged to use one a week.
