I was very sceptical of this,but it's brilliant! I made a salmon and spinach quiche for my first effort and it was delish! Wraps and pizza soon followed.I'm going to make an Apple and BlackBerry pie next using sweetener and with both the base and top made from lo dough.I think it'll be great too.
