I love this stuff. I follow a low carb woe and these just fill a gap left by bread/wraps etc. I use them as pizza bases, and wraps for lunch on the go but also just pop a drop of olive oil or fat in a pan and lightly fry, just enough to warm through really and they are just like Italian piadinas - fill with your favourite fillers and enjoy. Also, it doesn't upset my gut, IBS was a maajor problem in my life and since changing my woe, that's all in the past. Although not cheap, one is always enough for me and the shelf life is ages so all in all it's great.
