I tried the Lo-dough as alternative Pizza based as I am gluten free, my wife uses a normal wrap but gluten free ones can be a bit hard and dry. Lo-dough was brilliant and worked amazingly as an alternative. My wife has no started to use them instead of wraps to cut down of carbs. The added benefit is they are high in protein.
