I've never been disappointed with Lo-dough. It helps me eat the kinds of things I like in a guilt free way. This helps me to maintain the weight I've worked hard to get to. I am now in love with the Double Chocolate Fudge bar which will almost certainly make it into every future order. One bar can satisfy my sweet urges after the evening meal for two nights.
