I heard of Lo dough a few years ago through a Slightly mmers club. I'm now a Coeliac as well. So, on both counts, this is an undoubted winner. I'm about to try the very lazy garlic bread and have also bought miracle bars(gorgeous) and brownie mix(not tried yet!
