I use LoDough as a diabetic friendly Pizza base. The cooking instructions are easy to follow and I can have a delicious hot Fakeaway in less than 15 minutes. Various toppings i.e Ham, Roughly Grated Mozzarella Cheese, Mushrooms, Thinly sliced Red Onion, Garlic Chives and sweetcorn. As LoDough can be eaten straight from the pack, a quick sandwich can be rustled up without fuss. I recommend very highly. I look forward to being more adventurous with the LoDough recipes suggestions.
