I love lo dough. The products all provide so much fibre. I'm on a high protein diet and when cutting I find it hard to get enough fibre in. These are absolutely perfect for this. The bases are amazing to make pizza. Obviously it's not the same as real pizza bread, but whilst dieting down its so good to have this option. With it ontl being 40cals you can chuck a load of cheese and toppings on and the calories are still low. I've just tried the brownies as well! Again these are soooo good, I actually added some dark orange choc to the top and they came out at 90cal per brownie (8 brownies) which are so good heated in the microwave with some low cal caramel ice cream like halo top. Love love lo dough.
