I was initially sceptical. I love pizza and love bread, but don't love being overweight. It absolutely satisfies the itch for a crispy firm based, to create that balanced texture that we're all used to. I also created a great goat's cheese and chilly wrap for myself - put the base in the oven for a couple of minutes and threw my ingredients in - brilliant. Couldn't recommend it enough.
