I was hoping that this stuff would be the answer to all the biscuity, grainy and chewy YouTube keto pizza bases I’ve tried. But even though this isn’t biscuity or grainy it’s still weird! The only way I can describe the bases is a circle of thick dust held together by hair spray! It reminds me of light foam wrapping that you get with a new jacket of shoes! If fact it eats like a thin piece of foam packaging. Your heart is willing it to be edible but your mind is telling you that lo-dough is probably another bi product NASA’s quest for a space shuttle shammy cloth! My advice to everyone looking a great keto pizza base is, there isn’t one! Just don’t bother trying to make a pizza! If you’re looking for a great streak free cloth for your windows then lo-dough is for you!
