These are very versatile bases. I bought the cook book along with the lo dough bases. I have use them to make a quiche, a pizza and also to make bread crumbs for chicken. Normally when you create a product without carbs / sugar it tastes rubbish but this is actually very tasty. My only niggles are I wish they came individually wrapped so I don't have to use 2 in quick succession and the price! I wish they were cheaper. If they were half the price I'd buy 4* as much.
