Tried the pizza dough base for the first time this past weekend.
I have previously made my own low carb pizza dough with almond flour and mozarella so I am no stranger to low carb pizza dough.
I found the Lo-Dough a bit thin to my liking, would have preferred it a bit thicker but overall, the taste was fine when I put toppings, I enjoyed it and will order more, but I'd prefer it if it was just a bit thicker where it would not easy bend over with toppings on.
