I bought the Lo dough bases to make my Friday night pizza as I'm cutting down on carbs.
Unfortunately, it didn't turn out as expected, it was more like a wrap as the base went all soggy and limp. Could this be due to pre-cooking my veg in the frying pan before loading it on to base?
