My daughter's first use of Lo-Dough for a cheese and ham toastie burnt easily and tasted awful, but I then did a pink salmon (tinned) pizza and was very pleased with that. Especially, how full it made me feel. I was concerned about Lo-Dough's suitability for me, as I have Ulcerative Colitis and usually can't eat high fibre products, but I had no pains or bad repercussions the next morning, so am now looking forward to my next 'guilt-free' pizza!
