I received a text message late at night which woke me. I work early hours! It was a junk text about some offer or something. I emailed to ask for my number to be removed. I received NO apology, instead, I received an automated email saying I had placed an order. I responded saying I had placed no order. This was also ignored. Instead of apologising, your company deemed it acceptable to fob me off with a box of 6! Bribery is not the type of thing a reputable company would do. Accept ownership of your failings and do not ignore the customer, as without customers, you have no business. I purchased several times and purchased trial packs for my daughters, all of which would help grow your business. But my experience has resulted in none of us wanting to use your company again nor would we recommend you to others, simply due to the treatment or lack there of that you give customers. And no, please do not send me more packs.
