Not really a bad experience, it was just a matter of taste. Being a person who enjoys bread of all sorts I thought that lo dough would be a good alternative as I was striving to eat healthily and cut the carbs. Unfortunately lo dough did not satisfy my taste buds and I thought it tasted and felt like limp cardboard. I am sure there are many individuals who will like this product but it is not for me. Thank you for asking me to write a review and as always I try to be honest. I wish your company every success and as you refine the product I may be tempted to try it again at some point in the future. But for now I will stick to bread albeit a smaller amount.
