When trying to eat healthy it's always good to try new things to keep your meals exciting. I had seen a lot of people raving about Lo-Dough on the internet amongst the slimming world community because of it's low 'syn' value. I used my Lo-Dough to make a healthy pizza and it was certainly a big success. I dry fried for a minute on either side and then topped with passatta, mushrooms, peppers, red onion, chicken and bacon and then put into the oven for a further 15 mins. The juices from the toppings made the Lo-Dough slightly soggy but it was certainly delicious. If you are looking for a healthy alternative to pizza I would definitely recommend. I will be purchasing again!
