It enables me to have that toastie I crave but guilt free! It fits my macs/ cals with ease and with protein cheese it’s totally delish. Don’t expect it to be like trad bread- it’s not. But it’s a game changer and soooo versatile!! So many great recipies online to make our journey more tasty! More expensive than trad products but it’s a treat not a daily thing for me..... it’s grown on me and I order it quite regularly now. Wish it was instore!!!!
