I'm on a low carb (aiming for keto) diet and these wraps will certainly help. Mega-expensive obviously but if you compare with buying a ready-made wrap in a supermarket you can justify it to yourself. Hopefully the price will drop as it becomes more popular.
Have tried them as sandwich wraps and pizza bases. Both good.
