What a waste of money, £5 for 2 pieces of polystyrene or £24 for more, I’d rather take this syns and eat actual food. Used these as flatbreads and it was very disappointing. Won’t be buying again, and feel fellow dieters should spend their money elsewhere as this alternative isn’t worth your pennies
