I was craving pizza during my Keto diet and came across Lo-dough so decided to try it.
It is very light but filling.
I pan fried the dough for one minute on each side then added my topping and baked it for 10 minutes at 250c and the results was amazing. I felt full after eating half the pizza and it tasted almost like store bought thin frozen pizza without the calories. It is very expensive but it’s nice to have it in your cupboard as a treat now and then. Ordered them in June and arrived within 3 days with 3 months expiry date. Just placed my second order now.
