Was really excited to read about Lo-Dough and couldn’t wait to try it. Tried it as a wrap but unfortunately just felt like I was eating a soft polystyrene throwaway plate. Tried it lightly fried as suggested and as a pizza base - it was OK and better used as this but the E464 ingredient worried me and I would have been much more willing to give it another go without this addition. Just can’t get over this and the weird foam like texture. Really sorry as I think it’s a great idea.
