I had really high hopes for this product and commend the makers in their attempts to produce a viable alternative to high calorie/high carb foodstuffs. I'm sorry to give such a negative review but I found lo-dough to be synthetic and unsubstantial. I tried one as an alternative to a slice of bread and used the other in a pasty baked in the oven but I'm afraid neither were to my taste.
