Having been a keto dieter (on and off) for the past 15 years I would say I'm quite experienced with regard to low carb bread alternatives, so when I came across lo dough I had to give it a try. Well, what can I say, it is awful. The texture is all wrong and it tastes of nothing. I followed the cooking guidelines to the letter and it simply does not work (not for me). I have tried many low carb bread alternatives over the years and no one, in my opinion, has "cracked" it. My own recipe for low carb bread is far superior. No more lo dough for me. It is a pity as there is a huge market for a good low carb bread and I mean a proper loaf of bread. As for the price of lo dough it is simply way too expensive. Sorry lo dough but back to the drawing board.
