The trial pack was costly but I felt it was worth trying out. We made two pizzas that were ok but small, in fact one was not enough for an adequate meal even with a side salad.
The texture of the final pizza dough was ok but different to normal pizza dough, rather more chewy.
Lo-Dough provided the base for an acceptable low carb pizza, but I'm not sure I can justify the cost.
