It's incredibly versatile, I've been looking for a product like this for ages. Granted, it's not as tasty as pizza dough, or a tortilla wrap, but what it lacks in taste it makes up for calories and carbs saved! You can just add flavor with other ingredients and spices. I particularly like the consistency and when cooking, it hardens so you'll be able to hold a thin but sturdy pizza slice, and the pie's crust will actually hold. I will be consuming this product regularly!
