I ordered the large box 14 days ago, and it still has not arrived, despite me being told a week ago that it would arrive in the next 2-3 days. Appreciated the good will gesture, but really want the goods.
I love the product, and do not like giving a bad review, but frustrated with delivery on this occasion, and do not know how to resolve it.
