I like Lo-dough because i am diabetic and it has hardly no carbs. It's great for pizzas and I often use it as a wrap but it can be a bit dry so I suggest lots of mayo with sandwich fillings. I use it for fajitas too, but probably need to try it with more things to get the most out of it. I reckon it would also make great bio-degradable packaging material if you were short too! ☺
